We all had such fun at the Griswold & Cast Iron Cookware Association’s 25th Anniversary convention in Springfield MO. As noted in an earlier blog post, our delightful and charming friend Josh Miller – editor of Taste of the South and Southern Cast Iron magazines – joined us for the fun and education. He brought along Sarah Lamb of S. Lamb Photography to take photos for Southern Cast Iron.

The article has just come out, and Josh has given me permission to reprint it here for your reading pleasure. If you had your individual photo(s) taken by Sarah at the convention (whether it is or is not in the magazine), she has them up on her site and is offering digital downloads of them for purchase. Help a starving artist and get a beautiful photograph in the process! You can find them at her website, here. Sarah will be adding a few more shots from the convention in coming days, so check back!

And now…drumroll, please… Here’s the article!
